The photographs, designs and words on this website are our work, and our clients' homes. Here's how you may use them, and how to tell us if you think something here is yours.

Unless stated otherwise, all content on this website — including project photographs and videos, 360° images, interior designs, floor plans, 2D and 3D drawings, text, case studies, articles and the site's design — is owned by Living 360 Interiors or used with permission, and is protected by the Copyright Act, 1957 (India) and international copyright treaties.
What you may do
- View the site and share links to any page.
- Quote a short extract (a sentence or two) with a credit and a link back to the page.
- Save images for your own private, non-commercial inspiration.
What you may not do without our written permission
- Copy, republish or sell our photographs, videos, designs, plans or text, on another website, social media account, marketplace or in print.
- Present our projects as your own work, or use them in your own portfolio, adverts or listings.
- Remove the copyright information embedded in our image files.
- Scrape, crawl or bulk-download the site with automated tools (search engines and AI assistants that follow our robots.txt are welcome).
To ask for permission, email design@living360.in. We're happy to say yes to press and education requests.
If you think something on our site is yours
We respect other people's work. If you believe material on this website infringes your copyright, send us a notice using the form below or by email to design@living360.in with the subject "Copyright notice". Please include:
- Your name, address, phone number and email.
- A description of your work, with a link to where it originally appears if possible.
- The exact page address(es) on our site where the material appears.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by you, your agent or the law.
- A statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner, or authorised to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is fine).
What happens next
- We acknowledge your notice within 24 hours (one business day).
- While we look into it, we may take the material down.
- We resolve the notice within 15 days, and tell you what we did.
- If we removed something that was posted on someone else's behalf, they may send a counter-notice, which we'll share with you.
Knowingly sending a false notice can make you liable for damages. If you're unsure whether something infringes your rights, please speak to a lawyer first.
